Breast augmentation is entirely valid when made freely and with full information. People seek it to increase size, restore volume after pregnancy, for gender-affirming purposes, or to correct asymmetry. All motivations are legitimate.
The Process
Typically a day procedure under general anaesthesia. Implant type (silicone gel or saline), placement (subglandular or submuscular), and profile are decided with your surgeon. Initial recovery 1–2 weeks; settled result at 3–6 months.
